| Use a measuring tape
or a piece of string and a ruler to measure around your
whole body.
A. Chest
Measure around your body, under your arms and over
the fullest part of your chest. Remember to keep the measuring
tape comfortably loose.
B. Waist
Hold measuring tape at your natural waistline. Remember
to keep the measuring tape comfortably loose.
C. Hips
Measure around the fullest part of your body, placing
the tape about midway between your crotch and belly button.
Keep the tape comfortably loose.
D. Inseam
Take a pair of pants that fit you well and lay them flat.
Measure the distance along the inseam between the crotch
and the leg hem. For outerwear the inseam refers to how
long the jacket is.
